Back in the saddle in a mystical forest called 7springs. Robert and Justin head for the GES #4 in there home turf. It seemed as if a dragon had blown heat down on 7Springs, with heat not even a knight could withstand.. Anywayyy with new race kits, the session 88 led Justin to a 2nd place finish in pro on the day with a time of 2:10. Keeping him in first place overall in GES. As for Robert, he is coming back slowly but surely with a time of 2:15 landing him in 7th place in Jr. X. He had some clip issues during his race, causing some unwanted foot movements. With the grill out, and shirts off, these rednecks put 7springs to rest... If this was twitter, I would hashtag something. #goinghardtilthebackdoorbreakloose

Do you think she will text me!?!
After an astonishing 2nd place finish by Justin Gregory at Massanutten 2 weekends ago, he was feeling pretty fluid on the bike. As for me, I do not not know if I can believe my time was really what it was.. But hey, that is how racing goes. You get it, you got, or you go home. As we anticipate the U.S. Open coming up in two weeks, we decided to go out to Dr. J's in North Park to do some shredding. A long lost friend, know as Vance Nonno decided he would attended from Ohio to rip it up. I showed Justin and Vance this MASSIVE 30 some foot sand step down in the middle of the park, and they were pretty scared. I was like come on girls, it isn't that gnarly.. So they hit it, and were pretty speechless.. Justin's Trek Session 88 sucked up his case pretty nice, I must add. As for me, I was pinned, each time on the bike, and picked up that hunger for a win. Ohhh yea, and the title of today's blog, was due to a good looking waitress who served us pizza near north park.. I left her a nice tip, and my number hahaha.. It has been 3 days, and I still never got a text or call..... Maybe if I was taller..... Also, I love 90's rock music!! Keep you posted on the first day of U.S. Open practice, as Justin and I take over the New Jersey!!
Now that is something everyone can enjoy! ;)

This bed sucks!!
"This bed sucks, it is like lying on the floor." Said none other than Justin Gregory, the team rider of the 7Springs/Trek MTB Team. We are currently at Massanutten, VA for the first bike race of the season. Today was a nice day for practice, not to hot, yet not to cool, maybe in the high 60's. Justin was killing the trails today, with his Session 88. He is a head over heals fan for Massanutten's beat up trail. Me on the other hand, popped 2 flats. Front and back, so I only got 1 practice run. I gotta lay down the hammer tomorrow. Early 7 A.M. wake up me for me. The trail is super slick, and rooty. Has a lot of spots to make stupid errors and end up with the rubber off the ground... After practice we got some grub and washed our bikes. Now we are in the hotel room watching gang bangers on TV. Go SPIKE!
